Papertrey’s Day 3 Challenge for the 7th Anniversary is to create a card in 17 minutes. It’s harder than I thought. I totally missed that I was supposed to only use 7 supplies total and used 12 including the different inks (counted them as 1).
I made 5 cards for the Day 3 Challenge and had a bit better than 50% success rate on beating the stop watch. I was also crafting these cards so I could submit them for the Day 1 Challenge using the color swatches and sketches. Here’s my first one….way too elaborate to make the 17 minute challenge. This one clocked out at a bit after 23 minutes. Supplies are listed below.
Edited to Add: I am also including this card for the birthday card challenge on Day 4.
- Cardstock: White (Georgia Pacific); Dark Chocolate (Papertrey); Real Red (Stampin Up)
- Ink: Scarlet Jewel (Papertrey); Real Red (Stampin Up); Chocolate Chip (Stampin Up); Versamark; Tea Dye Duo (Chai and Camomile) (Papertrey)
- Stamps: Cutting Garden set (Papertrey)
- Accessories: Twine; White embossing powder; Corner Chomper
