Papertrey’s 10th Anniversary Celebration

I was inspired by Lizzie’s stitched Tic Tac Toe game….too cute!  I liked the primary colors and graphic looks she created with her game and was inspired to make this card.  Supplies are listed below.

  • Cardstock:  Stamper’s Select White (Papertrey); Enchanted Evening (Papertrey); Tracing Paper
  • Ink: Versamark; Pure Poppy (Papertrey); Enchanted Evening (Papertrey); Harvest Gold (Papertrey)
  • Stamps:  Beautiful Brushstrokes Make It Market Kit (Papertrey)
  • Accessories: Clear embossing powder (Stampendous)

Papertrey’s 10th Anniversary: Packaging

Papertrey’s challenge it to create some pretty packaging….for me that means a tag.  I’m so not good about dressing up a package.  I’m typically just trying to get out the door with the package and not forgetting it on the kitchen counter.  I still had my Still Life Summer stamps and dies out so decided to make a tag to match a card.  It’s such a fun set and it’s nice to have a card and tag ready to go for once.  Supplies are listed below.

  • Cardstock:  Stamper’s Select White (Papertrey)
  • Patterned Paper: Still Life Summer (Papertrey)
  • Stamps and Dies: Still Life Summer (Papertrey)
  • Accessories: Wink of Stella, black twine, fun foam

Papertrey’s Release Day 2 Blog Hop

Here’s my card for yesterday’s Papertrey Release Blog Hop (Day 2).  Thank goodness I was able to catch up this weekend or I’d never get my cards done.   Day 2 challenge was to use repeating images….so I went for the graphic look of balls so I could have another masculine birthday card for my stash.  Hope you’re enjoying the blog hop festivities!  Supplies are listed below.

  • Cardstock:  Stamper’s Select White (Papertrey); Pure Poppy (Papertrey)
  • Ink: Onyx Black (Versafine); Pure Poppy (Papertrey); Enchanted Evening (Papertrey)
  • Stamps:  Beautiful Brushstrokes Make It Market Kit (Papertrey)
  • Accessories: sequins

Papertrey’s Release Day 3 Challenge: Florals

I’m getting caught up on Papertrey’s 10th Anniversary festivities and new release blog posts.  Oh my goodness are there are lot of goodies coming.  Here is my card for today’s challenge on florals.  I’m keeping this short and sweet since I have several more cards to post tonight.  Hope you got some crafting in this weekend!  Supplies are listed below.

  • Cardstock; Amethyst Allure (Papertrey); New Leaf (Papertrey); Watercolor (Ranger)
  • Ink: Versamark
  • Stamps: Botanical Blocks II (Papertrey)
  • Accessories: Clear embossing powder (Stampendous); Stitched Rectangle Scallop Frame Die (My Favorite Things)

Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge – Green

The Curtain Call challenge is to use green for your inspiration.  I tend to use green as an accent color, as in leaves on a pretty floral card, rather than making it the primary focus.

I ended up making three since I wasn’t quite satisfied with any of them.  My favorite of the group is the top one.  The supplies are listed below.  Happy crafting!

  • Cardstock:  White 110 lb (Recollections); New Leaf (Papertrey)
  • Patterned Paper:  Still Life: Summer Patterned Paper Collection (Papertrey)
  • Ink:  New Leaf (Papertrey)
  • Stamps:  Make It Market Mini Kit: Still Life Summer (Papertrey)
  • Dies:  Make It Market Mini Kit: Still Life Summer (Papertrey)
  • Accessories:  Sherbet Shimmer Glitter Drops (Nuvo)

Papertrey’s February Blog Hop

Papertrey’s February Blog Hop uses an interesting inspiration photo.  It was intimidating with all that dark gray.  I tried several different backgrounds and ultimately ended up lightening it up by creating more of a watercolor look.  I’m in a hurry to get this up since I am running out of time.  Supplies are listed below.

  • Cardstock: Raspberry Fizz (Papertrey), White (Georgia Pacific); Watercolor (Ranger)
  • Ink: Iced Spruce Distress (Ranger); Raspberry Fizz (Papertrey); Soft Granite Shadow (Hero Arts); Charcoal Shadow (Hero Arts); Versamark
  • Stamps: Rosie Posie (Papertrey); Rosie Posie Step 2 (Papertrey); Square Pattern (Hero Arts); Mother (Papertrey)
  • Accessories:  Gold embossing powder (Ranger);

Papertrey’s Celebration of Past, Present, and Future: 2016

For Papertrey’s 10th Anniversary celebration of 2016 stamps, I ended up making a card with one of the highlighted stamp sets, Just Desserts.  It makes the best birthday cake images!  I’m keeping this short and sweet since I have a  sledding trip for my boys that we have to get to.  Supplies are listed below.  Happy crafting!

  • Cardstock: Stamper’s Select White (Papertrey); Pure Poppy (Papertrey)
  • Ink: Early Espresso (Stampin Up); Pure Poppy (Papertrey); Harvest Gold (Papertrey); New Leaf (Papertrey)
